McCook Golf Team Finishes First at Lexington Invite

McCook Bison Boys Golfers competed at Lakeside Golf Course on April 9th for the Lexington Boys Golf Invitational. The Bison came away with the victory with a team score of 316. Grand Island Northwest was runner-up with a score of 317, Minden was third with a score of 343.
Reid Loop won the invite with a score of a 75. Landon Kmoch was runner-up with a 76. Cole Graham was also a top 10 finisher with a score of 80. Other Bison scores were Kolton Koetter 85 and Trenton Raile 85.
Comments from Head Coach Ben Vetrovsky: "Proud of the performance from the Bison golfers. Reid Loop and Landon Kmoch had some awesome rounds to finish 1st and 2nd. Cole Graham played great as well with a top ten finish. Those three golfers are really starting to play at an elite level. Kolton Koetter and Trenton Raile continue to improve their games and their competition scores are starting to show. We are excited about hosting our home invite next Tuesday."
